I scanned the Tom's of Maine in store and the one with purple and the one with pink both worked on Ibotta.

I bet you that they have your husbands extracare card number and they are just unlinking and linking it in the app. It gives you full access to everything on the card that way without having to login with the email attached to the account. I also removed my phone number from the account when the same thing happened to me. It’s frustrating, but customer service should be able to fix it!

I like the walgreens deals bc their laundry and paper goods tend to be better than cvs but the coupons dont always work out as planned and a couple times i’ve encountered rude cashiers who INSIST they cant do multiple transactions. Such a shame
